Carlyle Realty Partners VI, a $2.34 billion U.S. real estate fund managed by Carlyle Group, has been closed, confirmed Elizabeth Gill, Carlyle spokeswoman.
Already, 20% of the capital raised has been deployed, including 30 investments in New York, Washington and Seattle.
Investors include the $11.2 billion New Mexico Public Employees’ Retirement Association, Santa Fe, and $47.4 billion Pennsylvania Public School Employees’ Retirement System, Harrisburg.
