Luzerne County Employees' Retirement System, Wilkes-Barre, Pa., rehired Graystone Consulting as investment consultant and master custodian, confirmed Richard R. Hummer, pension coordinator.
The $186 million system signed the consultant to a new three-year contract effective Nov. 1, said Mr. Hummer in a telephone interview.
An RFP was issued in September. Other finalists were PNC Consulting Services, Stifel Nicolaus and PFM Group.
