Chris Mansi was named chief investment officer of Towers Watson's 35-member delegated consulting group, spokesman Paul Deane-Williams said.
The position is new.
Mr. Mansi, a senior investment consultant, will retain his responsibilities as head of portfolio construction in the U.K.
He will report to Chris Ford, head of investment for Europe, Middle East and Africa.
Towers Watson has about $50 billion in assets under advisory in its delegated consulting business, which provides fiduciary management services and is based in the U.K.
