Martin Jaugietis was named director and head of liability-driven investing solutions at Russell Investments, confirmed spokeswoman Katherine Stouffer.
It is a new position, effective this month.
Mr. Jaugietis was a senior consultant at Russell. His previous duties will be assumed by the firm's Americas consulting team, according to Ms. Stouffer.
