Andrew Galbraith and Alexia Gottschalch will be joint CEOs of Grosvenor Fund Management in the U.S., effective Nov. 21.
These are new positions, according to a Grosvenor spokeswoman. In addition to co-managing Grosvenor’s U.S. business, Mr. Galbraith will be head of investments and Ms. Gottschalch will be head of capital markets and client service.
They are replacing Douglas S. Callantine, director, U.S., who is leaving. Mr. Callantine has been with Grosvenor since 2006, following its acquisition of Legg Mason Real Estate Services, where he had been president. Mr. Callantine in an e-mail said he is “evaluating various options” both in and out of the real estate sector.
Since September, Mr. Galbraith was managing director and head of acquistions for GFM in North America. Ms. Gottschalch joined the firm in April as managing director and head of equity capital and client services from Cheswold/Independence Capital Partners
