Chicago Transit Authority Employees Retirement System issued an RFP for an actuarial consultant.
The selected actuary will work under a five-year contract for the $1.65 billion system.
The RFP is on the system's website, www.ctaretirement.org/index.asp.
Proposals are due by 4:30 p.m. CDT Oct. 10 and must be sent to the plan's executive director, John V. Kallianis, 10 S. LaSalle St., Suite 1100, Chicago, IL 60603.
Mr. Kallianis could not be reached for comment.
