KKR Asset Management, the private equity firm’s debt investment subsidiary, closed KKR Mezzanine Partners I with $1.023 billion, Kristi Huller, spokeswoman, wrote in an e-mail.
The fund closed Aug. 31, but the firm announced the closing Friday.
Investors in the fund include the $3.1 billion Fresno County (Calif.) Employees’ Retirement Association and the $1 billion Tulare County Employees’ Retirement Association, Visalia, Calif.
