Dukes County Contributory Retirement System, Vineyard Haven, Mass., is searching for a domestic large-cap growth equity manager to run about $7 million, according to an RFP on the website of Dahab Associates, investment consultant to the $73 million system.

Proposals are due at 5 p.m. EDT Nov. 1. Dates of finalist presentations and a final decision have yet to be announced.
