Raudline Etienne is resigning as chief investment officer of the New York State Common Retirement Fund, Albany, confirmed Eric Sumberg, spokesman for the $146.5 billion system.
Ms. Etienne will leave Thursday to join consulting firm Albright Stonebridge Group as senior director.
Marjorie Tsang was named interim CIO at the fund. Ms. Tsang is assistant comptroller for real estate investments. Mike Riley, senior real estate investment officer, will assume her duties on an interim basis, according to Mr. Sumberg.
Ms. Etienne could not be reached for comment.
