Jaeson Dubrovay and Kristoffer Houlihan were named managing directors of portfolio solutions and portfolio risk solutions, respectively, at HedgeMark International.
Both positions are new, confirmed Andrew Lapkin, president and chief operating officer, in a telephone interview.
Mr. Dubrovay will be based in HedgeMark's New York office and will assist institutional investors and consultants in constructing customized hedge funds-of-funds portfolios on the firm's investment platform. Mr. Houlihan will advise clients on managing hedge fund and enterprise portfolio risk.
Mr. Dubrovay was principal and co-head of Americas client advisory services at specialist hedge fund consultant Aksia until March, when he became a consultant to the firm. Bruce Ruehl, the co-founder, assumed Mr. Dubrovay's duties.
Mr. Houlihan was director-risk management at hedge funds-of-funds manager Pacific Alternative Asset Management Co. He left the firm last summer and has not been replaced, Jane Buchan, PAAMCO's CEO, said in an interview.
