Chicago Public School Teachers’ Pension and Retirement Fund returned 24.5% for the year ended June 30, outperforming its custom benchmark’s 23.6% return, according to preliminary data from the $10.4 billion fund.
“We always want to remember … that the fund is a long-term investor and we have to view our performance through that lens,” Kevin B. Huber, executive director, said in a statement about the performance.
