Perhaps you read the news item earlier this month that Hermes Real Estate Investment Management Ltd., UOB Global Capital LLC and Hampshire Real Estate Cos. came together to create the HUH U.S. Real Estate Income fund.
And perhaps you expected us to make some kind of a joke about its name, HUH? Well, we're not going to do that — that would be puerile, below us and really not very funny.
But check back if ever Fidelity Investments, AREA Property Partners, Rockwood Capital LLC and TRECAP Partners LLC create a similar fund. That would be funny.
