Ohio Public Employees Retirement System, Columbus, is searching for a consultant to assist its internal audit group, according to an RFP posted on the $76.5 billion system's website.
The consultant will work with the group in “benchmarking existing upfront and ongoing due diligence procedures and monitoring efforts” of the system's external investment management group. The consultant will also work on developing an “ongoing risk matrix for ranking individual external managers for future review consideration.”
The RFP is available at www.opers.org/about/vendor/index.shtml. The deadline for submitting proposals is 4 p.m. EDT Aug. 15. Selection is expected on Aug. 31.
