Simon Borrows will join private equity firm 3i Group as chief investment officer this fall.
Ian Nolan, 3i's current CIO, “will be moving to a new role in the autumn,” according to a 3i statement.
His exact future role has not been finalized, Kathryn van der Kroft, 3i spokeswoman, wrote in an e-mailed response to inquiries. Mr. Nolan couldn’t be reached for comment.
Mr. Borrows is chairman of Greenhill & Co. International, an investment banking firm.
