Stephen C. Roussin was named president of hedge fund manager Campbell & Co. and joined the firm Tuesday. He assumes the title from Terri Becks, who will remain CEO.
“This is how we plan for succession. I’m not going anywhere, but I have been here for 20 years,” Ms. Becks said in an interview from her Baltimore office. “Stephen will be a great fit for us because he has a lot of experience in managing investment teams.”
Campbell & Co. managed $3 billion in systematic managed futures, global macro and equity market-neutral hedge fund strategies as of May 31 for institutional and high-net-worth investors.
Mr. Roussin was managing director and head of investment solutions for UBS Wealth Management Americas. UBS spokeswoman Emma Stradling did not have information about Mr. Roussin’s replacement.
