Jerome Lander will become head of traditional asset consulting at Russell Investments in Australia, effective July 18, confirmed Greg Liddell, head of consulting and advisory services.
Mr. Lander is investments chief at the A$12 billion (US$12.64 billion) WorkCover Authority of New South Wales.
In his new post, Mr. Lander will oversee a team of three senior consultants — Frank Russo, Nick Curtin and Sam Porath — and six analysts across the Russell’s offices in Sydney and Melbourne.
Officials at WorkCover NSW were unavailable for comment by press time. However, it is understood that Chris Grogan, investment director, will take over Mr. Lander’s duties until a replacement is appointed through an external search.
