New York State Teachers' Retirement System, Albany, is searching for an in-house manager of private equity, according to a job posting on the website of the National Council on Teacher Retirement.
The successful candidate will manage the international, special situation and venture capital portions of the $80.3 billion system's private equity portfolio. Other key responsibilities include recommending new investments and leading deal sourcing and due diligence.
