Christopher Blair was named managing director of institutional sales at Aviva Investors.
The position is new, said spokesman Paul Newmann.
Mr. Blair will develop new business with corporate and public pension funds, as well as other institutional investors, according to a news release.
He was an account executive-retirement and financial management at Aon Hewitt.
