Rumi Masih was named a senior investment strategist in the investment strategy and solutions group at BNY Mellon Asset Management, confirmed spokesman Mike Dunn.
The position is new. Mr. Masih will help clients with asset allocation, risk management and portfolio construction, according to a BNY Mellon news release.
He will report to Jeff Saef, managing director and head of the investment strategy and solutions group.
Mr. Masih was a managing director and global head of J.P. Morgan Asset Management’s strategic investment advisory group. J.P. Morgan spokeswoman Charlotte Powell declined to comment.
