Mr. Harris remains in charge of VALIC’s higher education markets.
Mr. Kevin was investment officer for the Montgomery County Board of Education, Rockville, Md., overseeing its $704 million defined benefit plan and its 403(b) and 457 plans, with a combined $703 million, according to Money Market Directory.
