Chrysler Group LLC, Auburn Hills, Mich., contributed $45 million to its worldwide pension plans in the first quarter, according to a financial results presentation released Monday.
The company contributed $55 million to its worldwide pension plans during the first quarter of 2010.
Chrysler's U.S. defined benefit plan had $20.5 billion in assets as of Sept. 30, according to Pensions & Investments data.
