Falkirk County (Scotland) Council Pension Fund is searching for a multiasset absolute-return manager to run £100 million ($161 million), according to Tenders Electronic Daily, a European procurement website.
Hedge fund strategies will not be considered.

Separately, the fund also plans to search for an infrastructure fund-of-funds manager, according to Feb. 17 investment committee meeting minutes on the fund’s website.
Alastair Redpath, treasury manager for the £1 billion fund, was out of the office and could not be reached for further information.
