Vanguard hired M&G Investment Management, Oaktree Capital Management, Pzena Investment Management and Wellington Management as subadvisers for the Vanguard Emerging Markets Select Stock fund, expected to be launched by the end of June, confirmed Vanguard spokeswoman Rebecca Katz.
At the outset, each of the four subadvisers will oversee a quarter of the fund’s assets.
Vanguard filed a registration statement Monday with the SEC for the actively managed fund, which will “complement the firm’s existing emerging markets index fund,” according to a news release.
