Kent County Council Superannuation Fund, Maidstone, England, hired HarbourVest Partners to run up to £50 million ($81 million) in a private equity fund of funds, according to Tenders Electronic Daily, a European procurement website.
Neither Nick Vickers, head of financial services at the £3 billion fund, nor Alison Mings, treasury and investments manager, could be reached for additional information by press time.
