Kent County Council Superannuation Fund, Maidstone, England, hired Partners Group to run up to £50 million ($81 million) in infrastructure, confirmed Alison Mings, treasury and investments manager for the £3 billion fund.
This is Kent’s first allocation to infrastructure, which was added to its asset mix in 2010 for its diversification and returns characteristics, Ms. Mings said. The funding source could not be determined.
Investment consultant Hymans Robertson assisted.
