David Brown and Christopher Ohmacht, co-presidents of Victory Capital Management, were appointed co-CEOs of the firm.
Robert Wagner, who had been CEO and chairman, will retain the title of chairman.
In a telephone interview, Mr. Wagner said Thursday’s appointments complete a leadership transition first announced in September. He said the co-president titles will be dropped.
Victory Capital had $35.8 billion in assets under management as of Dec. 31.
