Hendrik du Toit, CEO of Investec Asset Management, was named an executive director on the boards of Investec PLC and Investec Ltd., the company said Wednesday in a trading statement.
Mr. du Toit replaces Alan Tapnack, who retired from both boards on Wednesday. Investec is listed on both the Johannesburg and London stock exchanges.
