John Brescia and Michael Clare were named vice president, institutional sales, at active fixed income and equities manager Gannett Welsh & Kotler.
Both positions are new, according to a news release from the firm.
Mr. Brescia was a vice president of consultant relations at Loomis Sayles. He won’t be replaced, said Loomis spokeswoman Erin Heard.
Mr. Clare was a vice president and relationship manager at The Boston Co. Asset Management. Mike Dunn, a spokesman with Boston Co. parent BNY Mellon Asset Management, said Mr. Clare won’t be replaced.
