Chris Harms was named a product manager on Loomis Sayles’ relative-return fixed-income team, confirmed spokeswoman Erin Heard.
The position is new.
Mr. Harms will report to Mark Smith, managing director, fixed income, and will provide client and distribution support for key bond strategies, including core, core plus and total return.
Mr. Harms was a manager of CapitalSource’s residential mortgage investment portfolio.
