Brian T. Prinn, chairman and CEO of real estate and private equity investment firm Skye Inc., is joining CB Richard Ellis Investors' investment committee as an independent director, said Matt Khourie, CEO, CBRE Investors.
Mr. Prinn was retained after a search for an independent director, a new role CB Richard Ellis has created to ensure high standards of corporate governance and investment decision-making, Mr. Khourie said.
