Jamie Ohl has been named chief operating officer for Wilshire Fund Management, effective Sept 1.
The position is a new one.
In a telephone interview, Lawrence E. Davanzo, president of parent Wilshire Associates, said with Wilshire Funds Management overseeing $56 billion of client assets and growing, it was simply time to bring on another pair of “very experienced hands.”
Ms. Ohl was a senior vice president at Hartford Financial Services’ retirement plans group. Sharon Ritchey, executive vice president and head of global operations, technology and ebusiness for Hartford’s wealth management division, will replace Ms. Ohl, confirmed Hartford spokesman Tim Benedict.
