Simon Putt was named head of client investment services at rpmi, which manages the assets of the £17 billion ($24.9 billion) Railways Pension Trustee Co., London. The position is new, according to spokesman Robin Lee.
The appointment is the latest in a management restructuring that began in April.
Mr. Putt previously was director and head of U.K. institutional client relationship management at BNY Mellon Asset Management. His duties have been divided among other staff and he will not be replaced, spokesman Jamie Brookes said in an e-mail response to questions.
