Rogerscasey spun off Investment Metrics, its performance analytics unit, as an independent entity Tuesday.
“Investment Metrics operated as a stand-alone business unit and the new legal entity reinforces our commitment to growth as an independent technology resource for financial professionals worldwide,” said Sanjoy Chatterjee, Investment Metrics president, in a news release.
Mr. Chatterjee, who was previously managing director and chief technology officer for the Investment Metrics division of Rogerscasey, was named president Tuesday, said Peter Kojalo, a Rogerscasey spokesman.
Investment Metrics provides performance reporting, manager research and analytics, according to a Rogerscasey news release.
“We expect our current clients and many others to benefit from Investment Metrics as its own entity,” added Tim Barron, Rogerscasey president and CEO, in the release.
