San Francisco City & County Employees' Retirement System is searching for an active international small-cap manager to run between $50 million and $400 million, according to an RFP posted on the system's website.
The $13.1 billion system currently has a target international small-cap allocation of about $380 million.
The RFP did not indicate a funding source.
