James E. “Jeb” Graham was promoted to partner at CapTrust Advisors, confirmed company spokeswoman Jessica Madden.
Mr. Graham will retain his duties as retirement plan consultant and will continue to report to Roger Robson, CapTrust managing principal, Ms. Madden said in a telephone interview.
