Marcus L. Alexis, Phillip E. Enochs and John P. Malloy were named directors in Harris Investments’ institutional distribution team.
The positions are new, Susana Leyva, Harris spokeswoman, said in an interview.
Mr. Alexis will oversee Harris’ consultant relations efforts, according to a news release from Harris, while Mr. Enochs will concentrate on its defined contribution business and Mr. Malloy will oversee new business development.
Mr. Alexis was principal, client services and new business development, at Wellington Management. Sara Sherman, a spokeswoman for Wellington Management, said the company does not comment on employee replacements.
Mr. Enochs came from Russell Investments, where he was director-institutional defined contribution services, responsible for the U.S. institutional defined contribution business. Kate Stouffer, a spokeswoman for Russell, said a replacement has not been named.
Mr. Malloy was managing director at BMO Capital Markets, which along with Harris Investments is part of the BMO Financial Group. Ms. Leyva said a replacement for Mr. Malloy has not been named.
