Justin Bullion was named a senior vice president at Payden & Rygel, leading a new office for the equity and bond manager in Boston, according to a news release.
Mr. Bullion was a fixed-income portfolio manager at Wellington Management. Wellington spokeswoman Sara Lou Sherman wasn’t immediately available for comment.
