Paul Brakke, senior managing director and head of the global structured products group at SSgA, will retire at the end of this year, confirmed spokeswoman Marie McGehee.
Lynn Blake, senior managing director and head of non-U.S. equity in SSgA’s global structured products group, will replace Mr. Brakke and receive the new title of head of index equity, Ms. McGehee said.
Ms. Blake’s current responsibilities will be assumed by other members of the global structured products group.
