Marjolein Sol was named chief investment officer of Dutch money manager Syntrus Achmea, effective next week, confirmed spokeswoman Annemiek Vergoossen.
She replaces Bert Schouws, who left the firm.
Ms. Sol was head of investment consulting in the Benelux markets at Mercer. She was replaced by Jelle Beenen, who was head of Mercer's financial strategy group in the Netherlands.
Syntrus Achmea managed €58 billion ($74.9 billion) as of March 31.
