Statewide Super, Adelaide, Australia, is doing a shortlist search for an investment consultant, CEO John O'Flaherty confirmed.
Mr. O'Flaherty said the A$2 billion fund (US$1.8 billion) was “going to the market for asset consulting services” through a selective tender that includes Access Capital Advisors, its consultant of five years whose contract is expiring soon.
Mr. O'Flaherty said the tender, which is being run by Chief Investment Officer Con Michalakis, was driven by a governance policy mandating that all major contracts be tendered upon expiration.
