KC Connorswas named a partner at NEPC and co-leader of the investment consultant’s health-care practice, said Richard Charlton, chairman and CEO.
The position is new.
Ms. Connors will join partner Paul R. Kenney Jr. in leading the practice, which has $20 billion in assets under advisement, Mr. Charlton said in an interview.
She was a principal at investment consultant Jeffrey Slocum & Associates. Jeffrey C. Slocum, president, couldn’t immediately be reached for comment.
Mr. Charlton said Ms. Connors’ status as a “thought leader” in health-care consulting will reinforce NEPC’s efforts in that area, which he called a strategic focus for his firm.
