Matthew Jabinsky and Arun Jolly joined executive recruiter Sheffield Haworth as director and senior consultant, respectively, to lead hedge fund recruiting in the U.S., according Mark Esposito, managing director and head of Americas for Sheffield Haworth.
Mr. Jabinsky focuses on recruiting of fixed-income hedge fund portfolio managers, analysts and other investment professionals. Mr. Jolly focuses on recruiting of equity hedge fund professionals, according to the release. Both will be based in Sheffield Haworth's New York office and will collaborate with Paige Scott and Kathy Tompkins, managing directors and co-heads of asset management, North America, and Mark Young, managing director and global practice head, hedge funds.
Messrs. Jabinsky and Jolly were director and vice president, respectively, on the fixed-income, foreign exchange and global macro hedge fund recruiting teams of in the global investment talent practice of executive recruiter Broadreach Group. Brian Grover, Broadreach's managing partner, did not return a call seeking information about replacements for the pair.
