Reginald G. Sanders was named director of investments for the $6.8 billion W.K. Kellogg Foundation, Battle Creek, Mich., effective March 1, confirmed Joanne Krell, vice president for communication.
He replaces Malcolm Goepfert, who joined the $1.4 billion James Irvine Foundation, San Francisco, as director of investments in October.
Mr. Sanders is manager, pension investments at Eastman Kodak Co., Rochester, N.Y., which has $11.4 billion in retirement assets. David Lanzillo, director, corporate communications, was unavailable at press time to comment on a replacement.
