Douglas Poutasse, executive director of the National Council of Real Estate Investment Fiduciaries will be stepping down in May, confirmed Stacy A. Gaskins, NCREIF COO.
Mr. Poutasse is stepping down because he no longer wishes to work full time at this point in his life, she said in an e-mail response to questions.
NCREIF hired executive search firm Ferguson Partners to help the not-for-profit trade association find a Chicago-based replacement for Mr. Poutasse, but the association is changing the title to CEO, Ms. Gaskins said.
