Carla C. McGuire, who joined investment consultant Hammond Associates in March as principal of CIO services, is taking on the additional title of director of research, confirmed Russ LaMore, Hammond’s president.
The position is new.
Ms. McGuire previously served as chief investment officer for Greencastle, Ind.-basedDePauw University’s $540 million endowment fund. With DePauw tapping Hammond to oversee the university’s portfolio, Ms. McGuire will continue “to serve DePauw as an outsourced CIO,” according to a news releasefrom Hammond.
