Chicago Public School Teachers’ Pension and Retirement Fund is searching for a firm to run a $90 million to $150 million manager-of-managers program in international equity.
The managers in the program would be minority-, women- or disabled-owned investment managers, according to the RFP of the $12.1 billion fund.
Up to 20% of the portfolios of each of the underlying managers can be in emerging markets equity.
The RFP is available at http://www.ctpf.org/Applications/International_MoM_RFP.pdf. Deadline for submitting proposals is Nov. 16. A selection is expected in March.
Mercer is assisting in the search.
