Peter Notz was named vice president, manager of investment diligence, at Drum Capital Management, and Christopher Mayhew was named distressed investment analyst.
They are new positions, confirmed spokesman Philip Nunes.
Drum Capital manages distressed and turnaround investments.
Mr. Notz was senior associate at HRJ Capital, whose acquisition by Swiss private equity fund-of-funds manager Capital Dynamics was announced earlier this year. A Capital Dynamics spokesman could not be reached by press time for comment.
Mr. Mayhew was an analyst at private equity manager Camden Partners Holdings. Camden spokeswoman Trish Woodward said the position will not be filled.
