Falkirk (Scotland) Council Pension Fund issued an RFP for an active global equity manager to run about £120 million ($195 million), according to Tenders Electronic Daily.
The manager will be expected to outperform either the FTSE All-World index or MSCI All-Country World index by 200 to 300 basis points each year over rolling three- to five-year periods.
