Emil Dabora was named an equity portfolio manager at Harvard Management Co. and Michele Toscani was named an international fixed-income portfolio manager, according to a news release by Harvard University.
Both positions are new at the firm, which oversees Harvard's endowment, which university officials estimated to be around $29 billion in November.
Mr. Dabora was a senior managing director with Caxton Associates, “where he founded and led the event-driven portfolio management group,” according to the release.
Ms. Toscani was a Tokyo-based managing director with Fortress Investment Group.
