Paula L. Rogers was named president at Institutional Capital, confirmed John Puccio, spokesman for parent New York Life Investment Management.
The position is new.
She will oversee all business development, client service and operational areas, according to a news release.
Ms. Rogers was executive vice president and director of client services/new business development at the international equities management firm, which had $10.9 billion in assets under management as of March 31, according to eVestmentAlliance.
Scott E. Weisenberger, a senior vice president with the firm, will replace Ms. Rogers as director of client services and new business development.
